I'm Sam. I'm 24 years old. I'm from Farmington Hills. I've always been interested in photography, but never really did much with it. About a year ago, I purchased my first DSLR. I have learned a little bit from photography forums and books, but I still have a LONG way to go. My favorite subject is my 3 year old Golden Retriever, Enzo. I've been married for almost 2 years to my high school sweetheart. We're expecting our first baby this April.

Third, I'm going to start a pet thread w/in the next couple days when I get the chance unless you want to start one.... :] We have a 5 year old Anatolian shepherd mixed with some other shepherd type dog. Griffin is his name. He's a champ. And fourth, don't be a stranger  We're a new forum but with group Flickr and Facebook accounts we've been around a while. There's some good folks here. Feel free to contribute. |

Thanks! I was part of another photography forum (that shall remain nameless) but the snark on there was out of control, so I kind of dropped off of the photography scene for a while. Everyone here seems so much nicer!

Everyone here seems so much nicer! Seeing how our group acts on facebook and flickr I doubt you'll ever feel like that here, but if you do let us know and we'll fix the problem! |
