All channels through which a company now gets the word out about its brand. And so the launch of a new product line today must be approached in a synergistic manner. PR no longer like silos, press releases and relationships with journalists. Today offline goes online, Influencers participate in events and "tell" what they experience, and so their followers experience the experience, the product through stories and become curious, search for it, share it. And dialogue is born, the co-creation of stories and narratives. And believe me, every time a digital PR project comes to us, the enthusiasm is always very high because our way of working involves many actions: analysis of client demand, planning.

I think it's no longer time to explain what storytelling is. At least, I would never read yet another post that says that storytelling does not mean "telling stories", but "communicating through stories". It seems established, obvious, customs cleared to me. After all, it's no longer even the time to say why we need to do storytelling and who it's for: lately I've even noticed a certain allergy on the part of professionals towards this word. Together with " influencer " it is one of those that make you turn up your nose, think of abstract and non-measurable jobs.
