Evaluate this image/what is wrong?

Here is a screenshot of an image i'm working on in LR. The guitar strap is sharp but there is slight blur in the face. Shooting at 320 shutter speed and the musician was barely moving. (i've stopped jumping shots at 320 that are sharp before). I don't think it's focus softness.
What do you think the reason could be? Mechanical?
Please help.
