What Filters Are In Your Camera Bag?
I have....
Singh-Ray 2 Stop Graduated Neutral Density Filter (non color) 100x150mm size. I have the filter holder mounting system made by Cokin and the step down ring to go from my 67mm diameter lenses to my 58mm diameter lens.
I have two sizes of Hoya HMC 3 Stop Neutral Density filters. and.... a Circular Polarizer - For me I have the Mamiya brand circular polarizer that's made specifically for their Mamiya 6, 7, 7ii rangefinders. Since rangefinders are not "Through The Lens" view cameras, you cant tell how the polarizing effect is going to work when you look through the external view finder so they created this cool filter system that lets you screw it on like a standard circ polarizer and then lets your flip it up so you can view it through your viewfinder, adjust it, and then flip it back down into position with out loosing its polarizing position. Genious ;D

Currently running with Marumi brand Circular Polarizer and 3 stop ND Filter. I use 77mm filters and use Step up rings on my lenses that aren't 77mm so I only have to buy one set.
Then I use Cokin P series ND grads (1x, 2x, 3x). The 1 and 2 stop ND grads aren't bad but they need to call the 3 stop and Magenta Grad filter.

I'll just post what I carry mostly in 77mm filter thread:
Marumi Circular Polarizer Cokin P filter holder (modified to only accept one filter) Hi-Tech 0.6 GND Singh Ray 0.9 GND
That is about it. I have a 81B warming filter somewhere in my house. It's playing a game of hide and seek with me right now.

Well…I haven't really used filters much, even back in the film days. I have a Cokin setup floating around that I haven't touched in years. About the only things I would find potentially useful are a circular polarizer and some ND filters..

(almost) always in the bag: 77mm CPL 77mm 3-stop ND When I'm out shooting landscapes/cityscapes I add: 2-stop and 3-stop soft-edge rect. GND 2-stop hard-edge rect. GND This combo has served me well for many years.

Use B+W Circ Polar's, and a couple Hoya ND's, and Lee Grad ND's all with 77mm mounts, the Lee Filter set up I have is for my Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8, I took off all my UV filters when I converted to Digital since they are useless for digital and common sense protection of main element is all that is needed.
