We (the mods) are discussing the possibility of a group name change. Nothing is finial, and it has only been suggested. We would like to know what you, the SEMIDFP group member, think. Is it a good idea, bad idea, have suggestions on a new name? Suggested names (as of 11.3.12) - Hand Print Photo (HPP)

I like "Mitten State Photo Group (MSPG)" or maybe even Mitten Photo Group (MPG)...Get better photos with MPG?  Hmm, Daniel, I didn't know that about Dustin. I learn something new here every day!!  |

Yeah.... I don't know about anything with the word mitten in it... No disrespect. Doesn't flow and sounds funny. I don't think it's direct or explanitory enough.
I think southeast MI Should still play a part in it. Maybe just remove the "digital and film" part of it.

I like names with catchy initials. SouthEast MIchigan Photographers would be SEMIP, see-mip. OK, still thinking...
